We do not accept returns of any products once they have been shipped or delivered.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Ordering the wrong item
• Ordering the wrong quantity
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at firelinerwl@hotmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item(s) received
• Photos of any shipping damage

We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, may provide a replacement for verified damaged or incorrect items.
